Vestis Services QA Technician 2nd shift in McKinney, Texas

Description

QA Technician $20.00 hr.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform inspection of Cleanroom garments at each Cleanroom table.

  • Perform inspection of finished totes in Packout.

  • Perform inspections of new accounts.

  • Test clean garments of particles and fibers as per ASTM F51-00.

  • Evaluate the electrical resistance of ESD Cleanroom garments.

  • Review and verify gamma lots.

  • Review production logs.

  • Inspect and release incoming chemicals.

  • Test Cleanroom for viable non-viable particles.

  • Perform water testing of the market centers city and DI water.

  • Verify validation of washer and dryer cycles.

  • Record temperate and humidity of controlled environments.

  • Communicate issues and concerns with QA Supervisors.

Preferred

  • High School or better
