The Human-Centered Research and Development department offers a broad range of modeling and simulation capabilities that can be connected to create an immersive multi-domain and multi-actor simulation. The simulation capabilities extend beyond aerospace to other transportation and non-transportation domains.

Job Responsibilities

• Research and understand performance characteristics of supersonic and hypersonic aircraft

• Develop and test kinematic flight models for multiple vehicles

• Integrate flight models with existing modeling and control software

• Demonstrate performance in real-time simulation system

  Basic Qualifications

• High School Student with s ustained excellence in academic performance

• Coursework or other experience in Aeronautical or Aerospace Engineering

• Basic knowledge of programming

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience programming in an object-oriented language

• Strong background in mathematics
