What You Will Do :
The Microsoft O365 Cloud Administrative Engineer is a technology professional responsible for delivering hands-on technical support to oversee and sustain the organization’s Office 365 environments and associated technologies. This role encompasses a range of tasks, including the management, configuration, and upkeep of Office 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and Power Platforms. Additionally, this position will participate in new acquisitions and the migration of Office 365 tenants.
Responsibilities include:
Overseeing and sustaining the Company's SharePoint Online environments, setting up features, resolving issues, and guaranteeing peak performance within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
Collaborating with various stakeholders and technology support teams to coordinate system activities
Diagnosing and resolving problems effectively
Identifying opportunities for automation to enhance processes, workflows, or system uptime
Ensuring comprehensive monitoring of Office 365 and maintaining accurate system documentation
What You Will Need :
Bachelor's Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience OR 8 years of relevant experience
U.S. Citizenship required for role
4+ years of Office 365 SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams
4+ years of PowerShell scripting
Proficient in O365 service applications/content migrations
Must reside in the U.S.
What Would Be Nice To Have :
Proficient in identifying and resolving intricate technical challenges, demonstrating strong problem-solving capabilities
Skilled in working autonomously and effectively prioritizing tasks to ensure deadlines are met
Proficient in Exchange online administration
Familiarity with O365 Power Platforms
The annual salary range for this position is $85,000.00-$141,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
