Job Title: Production Labor

Job Description

This role involves performing routine production tasks, operating specific machinery, and maintaining a safe work environment. You will operate subassembly equipment, coating equipment, ovens, material handling equipment, and other machinery to support production tasks. Additionally, you will perform troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and quality assurance activities to ensure efficient operations. Monitoring, measuring, and recording quality data to maintain quality system requirements is also a crucial part of the job. Following safe work practices, maintaining a clean work environment, and wearing appropriate personal protective equipment are essential. You will also track orders, move materials, and enable the production process to flow efficiently and effectively. Comprehending and accurately following operational instructions and prints for job and setup operations is required.

Responsibilities

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.

• Ability to read a tape measure.

• Proficiency in using hand tools to fabricate parts.

• Attention to detail.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Combination of relevant education and experience can be considered in lieu of exact education.

• Skilled in the use of hand tools including calipers, depth gauges, micrometers, and other measuring equipment, and machinery.

Work Environment

You will be working in a manufacturing environment with variable environmental conditions within the plant, such as temperature instability and atmospheric conditions including fumes, odors, dusts, mists, gases, or vapors. There may be exposure to solvents and other industrial chemicals. It is important to adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.98 - $22.98/hr.
