JOB SUMMARY

Do you have manufacturing experience and looking for a new opportunity? In this role you will learn skills inclusive to a specialized industry. Perform intricate grinder operations and processes related to cast tri-post moldings for use in gas insulated lines at power generating facilities in the US and abroad.  Excellent benefits, tuition reimbursement, growth opportunities and a positive friendly culture

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assemble and cast insulators used in CGIT Bus. 

• Sandblast sleeves and inserts for insulator casting operations. 

• Sandblast insulators. 

• Grind insulators.

• Use compressed air tools, sanders, grinders, and sand blasting units on insulators.

  EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

• Equipment used: compressed air tools, sanders, grinders, and sand blasting unit.

• Other equipment used: overhead crane, ratchet straps, rubber hammer, stencil, tape measure, hand tools, and cleaning equipment. 

• Able to read tape measure and blueprints. 

• Able to perform simple mathematical calculations and interpret common tape measurements.
