About the role
As a Commis Chef at Hyatt Place Caribbean Park Melbourne, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests. In this full-time position, you will work alongside our talented culinary team to prepare and cook delicious meals in our award-winning HOTEL RESTAURANT OF THE YEAR, ARCHIE'S RESTAURANT & BAR based in Scoresby, Victoria.
What you'll be doing:
Assist the Chefs in the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes
Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards
Contribute to the development of new menu items and recipes
Maintain a clean and organised kitchen at all times
Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations
Support the planning and execution of events and catering functions
