This role is required to identify and implement compliance processes and measures, provide solutions in conjunction with various Technical Managers and apply best practices.
The Technical Manager works closely with Area General Managers, Business Unit Directors and Account Management to support clients with their compliance and certification requirements. They will also be responsible for engaging with the broader Technical Team as coordinated by the Technical Director.
This role will report into the Area General Manager, and have a dotted line report into the Technical Director.
Snapshot of your day:
Expertise in the assessment, management and application of essential service building service measures
Maintain FPAS certification and continue to develop and gather appropriate education and qualifications as required
Technically manage CBRE Technicians and subcontractors in the delivery of the essential testing, maintenance and certification.
Engage with and support account managers, business development and delivery teams.
Prepare and present results of assessments, including priorities and impact(s) to compliance and certification, to both CBRE leadership and to the client.
Provide pricing, programs and methodologies to manage both customer and internal compliance
Present changes to standards and requirements to assist in the education of technicians and other internal team members
Consultative leader for all essential building services compliance client obligations ranging from one-time assessments to supporting client-based upgrade programs.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventative actions (CAPA)
Ensure accurate and up to date documentation of technical procedures, protocols and reports
About you:
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
Excellent communication skills, strong analytical skills,
Role requires basic knowledge of financial terms
Advanced skills in Microsoft suite produces, particularly excel and power point.
FPAS certification
10 years of related experience and or training.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite Products, particularly Excel and Power Point. Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
