NetTel USA, Inc. Entry Level Accounts Receivable P/T-F/T in Melville, New York

We are a customer-centric accounts receivable call center with our headquarters conveniently located in Melville. This position is a phone-based job, the goal is to speak with customers who are past due on their account and to find solutions to collect the past-due amounts. We help to collect the money without negatively affecting the customer's relationship with the company they owe money to. We want you to succeed! As such, the job comes with no required experience: We are willing to train you how to negotiate with our customers and how to handle any incoming or outgoing calls. Our 4-week training program pays you $16.50/hr. Training is onsite for 2 months. After the training period, our company has many opportunities for you to continue to grow professionally within our company. Were open Monday through Friday from 8am to 9pm. On Saturdays, were open from 8am to 2pm. You can work a morning shift, an evening shift, and have the opportunity to work on Saturday as well. You can also break up your workday with a split shift that gives you time to have a good work life balance , get things done, and then head back to work to finish your workday!! Qualifications No prior experience required; willingness to learn is essential Basic Computer Skills Basic understanding of customer service and financial concepts Excellent phone etiquette and communication abilities Ability to negotiate and analyze accounts effectively Proficient in typing and financial software Responsibilities A commitment to care & respect by providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Processing payments accurately and utilize software to track financial transactions and maintain records. Ensure compliance with financial concepts and company policies. Perform data entry tasks efficiently to support the team.
