Description We are offering a contract-to-permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in Memphis, Tennessee, 38119, United States. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in our company's operations by handling customer inquiries, processing applications, and maintaining customer records with precision.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer inquiries through phone and email communication

• Efficiently process customer credit applications

• Maintain and update customer credit records with attention to detail

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions

• Capture and review dealer advertising across various platforms including websites, search engines, social media, radio, TV, newspaper, etc.

• Apply program guidelines to ensure adherence to advertising standards

• Utilize Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and other necessary software for day-to-day operations

• Learn and adapt to new instructions for meeting production goals and deadlines

• Think creatively and critically to solve problems

• Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills with proper grammar and spelling

• Demonstrate basic-to-intermediate computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat. Requirements • Proven experience working as a Customer Service Representative or a similar role in a call center.

• Proficiency in using computer software and systems related to call center customer service.

• Exceptional ability to process customer claims accurately and efficiently.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with customers.

• Demonstrated ability to handle high-stress situations and maintain composure.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding customer service targets.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.

• Availability to work in shifts, during weekends, or holidays as per the call center schedule.

• High level of patience and empathy towards customers' issues.
