PeopleReady Skilled Trades is seeking apprentice level MIG welders for shop work in Arlington, TN. Pay is based on experience.

Pay Rate:The pay rate for this job is $17 - $25 / hour

Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret miscellaneous blueprints.
• Weld various materials using MIG welding techniques.
• Perform shop work including welding items such as stair rails, handrails, and some pipe welding.
• Ensure accuracy and quality in all welding tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and wear all required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with MIG welding.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience with welding miscellaneous materials.
• Proficiency in welding stair rails, handrails, and pipes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good physical condition and ability to perform shop work.
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
