Summary:

This position supports Banking Centers with inquiries regarding CD/IRA/HSA/ICS/CDARS bank products. The position will perform account maintenance as well as researching and resolving discrepancies within the clients' files.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that Operations is a trusted partner in delivering a seamless client experience by assisting the banking centers with clients inquiries regarding CD/IRA/HSA and ICS/CDARS products, services and client information files. Ensuring client transactions are correct and reflect the most current documented information.

  • Responsibilities include completing requests as needed while updating various systems with clear and concise details. Work with all lines of business as well as Financial Centers to provide superior customer service and maintain a high level of service quality.

  • Meet or exceed productivity targets based on EPIC performance feedback. Provide support/suggestion to management and team on ways to enhance productivity.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma: associate's degree preferred

  • 0-2 years of related experience: 2+ years preferred

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office

  • Solid verbal and written communication skills as well as a high level of accountability.

  • Strong organizational skills and some knowledge of bank operation systems including Hogan.

  • Some understanding of bank products is preferred, and the applicant should process a strong sense of ownership and be team oriented.

Hours:

  • Monday - Friday / 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
