Title: Tax Accountant, Venture Capital

Location: Menlo Park; 3 days a week

Salary: $100-110k base + Bonus + Profit Sharing

About the Company:

This venture capital firm specializes in propelling disruptive innovations and trends in the Enterprise, Consumer, and Health sectors. Currently handling of $10B+ AUM across a spectrum of strategies ranging from early to growth stage funds.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in tax filing coordination including experience with 1042’s, K-1s, and PFICs.

• Maintain strong communication skills, oral and written with tax team and greater accounting/finance team

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of VC/PE Tax experience from a Big10 firm or another fund or fund admin.

• Friendly, easy-going personality with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

• CPA is a plus or tracking to it.
