Job Title: Assembler II and IIIPositions

Pay: $20/hr to $23/hr

Hours: 7am to 3:30pm

Location: East Mesa, AZ

Job Description

We are seeking candidates for three different assembly positions: Machine Assembler, Finish Machine Assembler, and General Assembler. Candidates for all positions should be mechanically inclined, have knowledge and experience with hand and air powered tools, and be able to read a tape measure. Willingness to work overtime is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Machine Assembler: Utilize mechanical skills and experience with hand and air powered tools to assemble machines. MIG welding, plasma cutting, and metal fabrication experience is a plus.

• Finish Machine Assembler: Perform mechanical assembly, including wiring, installation of engines, hydraulic components, hoses, decals, and lights on painted machines.

• General Assembler: Assemble a wide range of parts for larger units and operate machinery such as Band Saw, Brake Press, and Plate Roller. Read engineering blueprints and understand angles, tooling, and cutting.

Essential Skills

• Mechanically inclined

• Experience with hand and air powered tools

• Ability to read a tape measure

• Mechanical assembly and mechanic experience

• Ability to read engineering blueprints

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• MIG welding, plasma cutting, and metal fabrication experience (preferred)

• Electrical assembly experience (highly preferred)

• Experience with press breaks, shears, and basic CNCs (a plus)

• Strong understanding of construction trades and fabrication

Work Environment

Large manufacturing environment with both indoor and outdoor areas. Some parts of the area are air-conditioned, but most are not. Potential to work 10-hour days, Monday through Friday, with shifts from 6am-2:30pm and potential for longer hours. Steel-toe shoes, pants/work jeans, and a t-shirt are required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
