Job Description
Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or comparable business degree or experience
Intermediate to excellent Excel skills
Comfortable working with large data and spreadsheets
Experience working with CRM software
Relational Database knowledge is a plus
Strong verbal & written communication skills in English
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision under tight deadlines
Able to adapt to the quickly changing pace of a dynamic environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to self-check one’s work and troubleshoot any issues
Excellent interpersonal skills working in a team environment
Self-motivated, capable of working independently when needed
Organized and reliable, able to efficiently manage multiple tasks
Great attitude and work ethic
Career Level - IC1
Responsibilities
Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals. Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.
