Google Account Manager, Retail (English, Spanish) in Mexico City, Mexico

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or a marketing role.

  • Experience operating and working with performance products (e.g., Google ads, Google analytics, DV360, SA360).

  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with information, data management, and analysis.

  • Knowledge of Big Data and business intelligence market trends.

  • Ability to work towards strategic goals in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail.

  • Excellent leadership, influencing, organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.

We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

  • Build and develop relationships with customers and advise them on strategy and execution.

  • Assist in the delivery of overall business strategy based on metrics and partnerships.

  • Provide excellent customer service to Google's advertisers, and identify and solve client problems.

  • Leverage available resources including Optimization, Marketing, and Technical Support, and identify opportunities to increase advertiser performance and investment.
