Description We are inviting applications for the role of an Accounts Payable Clerk based in Miami, Florida. The successful candidate will be integral to our accounting team, focusing on the management and reconciliation of accounts payable. This role offers an exciting opportunity to bring your skills to a dynamic environment and work closely with various internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Timely and accurate processing of all invoices, ensuring verification of accuracy, obtaining approvals, and coding expenses to the appropriate accounts.

• Managing payment processing, which includes scheduling payments, selecting payment methods, and ensuring compliance with payment terms.

• Managing relationships with vendors, including resolving payment discrepancies and negotiating favorable terms.

• Coordinating Accounts Payable activities at month-end to ensure a smooth closing process.

• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains within the Accounts Payable function.

• Generating and analyzing Accounts Payable reports to track key metrics and trends.

• Investigating, analyzing, and resolving invoice and payment-related discrepancies.

• Implementing and maintaining efficient payment workflows.

• Ensuring full compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

• Accurately recording and documenting all transactions.

• Reconciling accounts payable with credit cards.

• Assisting in the month-end closing process, including reconciliation of Accounts Payable transactions. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation

• Experience in Accounts Payable (AP)

• Familiarity with Check Runs

• Ability to perform Coding Invoices

• Proficient in Data Entry

• Experience in Invoice Processing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Knowledge of Oracle

• Experience with QuickBooks

• Familiarity with SAP
