We are seeking a dedicated and bilingual professional fluent in Spanish to join our team as a Bank Teller. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service and support within our banking environment. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, proactive, and ready to assist customers with a variety of banking needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by handling transactions, answering inquiries, and addressing client concerns in a professional manner.

• Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions. Manage and balance cash drawers.

• Perform general administrative duties, including managing correspondence and maintaining accurate records.

• Assist customers with account-related services, including opening and closing accounts, and providing information on banking products and services.

• Work closely with team members to ensure efficient operations and excellent service delivery.

Requirements

• Bilingual Skills: Proficiency in Spanish (written and verbal) is required.

• Banking Experience: Previous experience as a bank teller or in a similar banking environment is essential.

• Flexibility: Ability to adapt to different tasks and responsibilities as needed.

• Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.

• Attention to Detail: Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail in handling transactions and managing records.
