Carnival Cruise Line Co-brand Acquisitions Manager in Miami, Florida
The Co-brand Acquisitions Project Manager oversees various elements of the Co-brand program, including interactions with banks, networks, and priority projects. This role involves managing timelines, coordination, and communication from project inception to completion. Additionally, it includes day-to-day functions such as portfolio management, acquisitions, and engagement activities for existing card members
Essential Functions:
Oversees complex, multi-party projects to enhance co-brand capabilities or profitability. Acts as a liaison between loyalty/co-brand team, bank and network partners, internal IT resources, and operational teams to establish commitment limits of contracted obligations. Manages project timelines, deliverables and outcomes
Manages employee-facing acquisition programs, including interface and processes, channel engagement and growth, collateral refreshes, training, and troubleshooting. Manages program vendors and garners support from internal teams.
Oversees co-brand and loyalty reporting, including report optimization and distribution
Introduces and evaluates new ideas for co-brand enhancements and efficiencies. Supports research, requirement gathering and business case development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master’s degree in business, Marketing or related discipline a plus.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in increasingly responsible finance, project management, banking and/or co-branding positions
Proficient Microsoft Office products skill, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams; proficiency and understanding of other role-relevant technologies and applications required to successfully perform in this role.
Experience in at least one of these areas: 1) Credit Card/Co-branding; 2) Banking or Finance; 3) Loyalty, Travel or Hospitality; and/or 4) Management Consulting (private equity or start-ups)

Industry Knowledge: Extensive knowledge and understanding of acquisitions and co-branding best practices, drivers, challenges, trends, and key stakeholders.
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple, large-scale, complex projects from ideation through deployment and keeping them on-track in a still-developing environment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Extensive experience working with diverse teams across various departments to build consensus and achieve common goals. Strong influencing and negotiating skills to maximize opportunities for alignment with internal and external business partners.
Exceptional Communication: Superb verbal and written communication skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels, articulating the impact of initiatives and explaining concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Prioritization: Ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate the highest impact initiatives.
Analytical and Problem-Solving: Strong business judgment, excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Leadership Principles: Understanding of leadership styles, team dynamics, and management best practices.
Compliance and Legal: Understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Motivation: Inner drive to achieve goals, maintain a positive attitude, and inspire others.
Social Skills: Proficiency in managing relationships, building networks, and navigating social complexities in the workplace.
Standard Position-related Skills: Exceptional critical thinking, innovative reasoning, organizational, time management, and adaptability skills to effectively manage changing priorities with a high level of quality. This position requires the use and exercise of independent judgement.
Physical Demands: Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time.
Travel: 0-25% shipboard and shoreside travel
Work Conditions: Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential. Weekend and Holiday shifts are required. Work beyond normal business hours or on weekends may be required occasionally to support business needs, project or operations.
This position is classified as “in-office.” As an in-office role, it requires employees to work from a designated Carnival office in South Florida Tuesday through Thursday each week. Employees may work from their homes on Mondays and Fridays. Candidates must be located in (or willing to relocate to) the Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area.

Holidays – All full-time and part-time with benefits employees receive days off for 8 company-wide holidays, plus 2 additional floating holidays to be taken at the employee’s discretion.
Vacation Time – All full-time employees at the manager and below level start with 14 days/year; director and above level start with 19 days/year. Part-time with benefits employees receive time off based on the number of hours they work, with a minimum of 84 hours/year. All employees gain additional vacation time with further tenure.
Sick Time – All full-time employees receive 80 hours of sick time each year. Part-time with benefits employees receive time off based on the number of hours they work, with a minimum of 60 hours each year.
