What will you do? As Enterprise Program Manager, you will have dedicated responsibility for leading and managing an important enterprise program across North America. The nature of this engagement means that although you will work directly for Oracle, mobilizing and managing the appropriate Oracle resources, you will be liaising and collaborating closely with the customer’s program and operational teams, to ensure successful deployment of Simphony across their estate. You will have the following key responsibilities:• Defining, implementing, and managing a robust governance framework, with a regular cadence of both face to face and written executive level reporting (weekly and monthly)• Developing and presenting program strategy and plans, in the form of a Roadmap• Identifying key actions and tasks, with robust weekly and monthly tasks and actions• Managing and maintaining program oversight of all Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies (RAID) for projects underway• Ensuring robust accountability for all program financials• Establishing a culture of high delivery standards• Developing, maintaining, and managing robust resource plans• Ensuring strategic alignment of all projects within the program• Developing, maintaining, and managing a strong engagement with the customer’s program, operational and wider stakeholder• Accountability for delivery of program success measures and goals• Management of program budgets• You will be the face of Oracle – accountable and upholding and championing Oracle processes and methodologies

What skills do you need? • 5+ years of relevant strategic program management experience• Proven track record of managing large complex programs/projects preferably in restaurant technology/Point of Sale (POS) solutions • Strong evidence of confident leadership • Ability to interact at executive level both internally and with customers• A strategic mind-set – maintain the long-term vision but also step into the tactical detail when required • Highly organized, methodical, and logical in approach• Customer centric in outlook and ethos • Strong analytical and reporting skills – in order to be able to proactively, accurately ascertain project health/issues through hard and soft metrics • Strong focus on risk and issues management and mitigations• Experience working in a matrix environment, being a team player with the ability to think and work independently• Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and influence skills• Cope working under pressure whilst remaining professional, approachable, positive and focused• Proactive – anticipating the customer needs and identifying and implementing solutions• Ability to travel as required What can we offer you? Responsibilities

Identifies, prioritizes, and successfully executes a broad portfolio of functional initiatives and programs. Plans and directs schedules for multiple programs running simultaneously. Partners closely with global cross-functional teams to understand and capture requirements for programs. Navigates complex dependencies between cross-functional teams and organizational priorities to optimize the critical path and addresses & mitigates risks. Effectively influences internal and external teams to prioritize; Drives mitigation plans and ensures ownership for each item and regular follow up through to program closure while ensuring resolution of risk and issues, escalating, as necessary. Provides rigorous management and analysis of overall portfolio budget (including spend and forecasted spend vs. budget, spend per program and historical trends, etc.). Establishes scalable frameworks (process, tools, etc.) for the end-to-end project and manages stakeholders applying project management standards and documentation best practices. Runs standups and sprint planning exercises for programs owned. Builds and maintains consistent reporting across numerous programs. Determines methods and procedures on new assignments and may coordinate activities of other personnel. Performs other duties as assigned.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range: from $97,400 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

  10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
