We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in finance, good analytical skills, and the ability to work well in a team environment. The Junior Financial Analyst will assist in financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support the company’s financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis:

• Assist in analyzing financial data and preparing reports for management.

• Conduct variance analysis to compare actual results to budgets and forecasts.

• Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Support the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.

• Monitor budget performance and report deviations.

• Data Management:

• Maintain and update financial models and databases.

• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.

• Reporting:

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Assist in creating presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

• Research:

• Conduct market research and financial benchmarking.

• Stay updated on industry trends and financial best practices.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

• Basic understanding of financial principles and concepts.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
