Description We are seeking a dedicated Data Entry Clerk to join our team in the Utilities/Infrastructure industry. Based in Midland, Texas, this role offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be tasked with a variety of duties, including managing customer service, handling invoicing, overseeing inventory, and dispatching tasks in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately executing data entry tasks

• Managing customer service interactions and resolving inquiries

• Overseeing the inventory and ensuring its up-to-date status

• Handling the invoicing process meticulously

• Dispatching tasks efficiently and in a timely manner

• Performing receptionist duties as required

• Operating switchboard and managing 10 - 30 lines

• Directing visitors appropriately within the premises

• Filing important documents and maintaining organized records

• Keeping track of office supplies and replenishing as necessary. Requirements • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role or field

• Proficient in data entry tasks

• Skilled in receptionist duties, including handling incoming calls and directing visitors

• Experience with operating switchboards, ideally with 10 to 30 lines

• Ability to manage and maintain office supplies

• Proven track record of filing and document organization

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Attention to detail and accuracy in data input

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

• Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks.
