Description:

•Support Business Development Manager on expanding relationships with current and future client opportunities in Progressive Design target industries.

•Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, gaps, needs, and pain points of the target audience.

•Create and maintain databases, lists, and reports of prospects, customers, and partners.

•Assist in preparing proposals, contracts, agreements, and other documents related to business development.

•Responsible for scheduling lunch meetings, customer entertainment, and technical presentations.

•Initiating client follow-up on current projects and new leads.

•Coordinate marketing efforts to expand company exposure to targeted groups.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree in engineering, construction management, communications, business or related fields.

•Ability to think creatively and have strong sales promotion and marketing skills.

•Strong entrepreneurial abilities and a passion to succeed.

•Basic understanding of construction projects.
