We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Leader to spearhead the development of our Banking Digital Channels Platform. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, proven leadership abilities, and expertise in designing and consulting on optimal architectural choices for digital banking solutions. Additionally, we are looking for a Technical Leader who can effectively guide and coach our development teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and agile delivery. The successful candidate will have experience in Scrum framework and will be able to apply Scrum principles to facilitate team velocity, remove impediments, and ensure successful sprint deliveries. They will be able to lead by example, promoting a culture of transparency, open communication, and collective ownership.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of the digital channels platform, ensuring seamless integration of mobile applications, websites, CMS, and CRM systems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, designers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality digital solutions.

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment.

• Design and consult on the best architectural choices to ensure scalability, security, and performance of the digital channels platform.

• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve and future-proof our digital banking solutions.

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Ability to understand clients' needs and challenges, and apply creative and logical approach to identify solutions

• Ability to communicate complex situations clearly and simply by listening actively and conveying difficult messages in a positive manner

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions

• Ability to apply logic to solve business problems through a detailed analytical approach

• Ability to translate requirements into a business case

• Strong knowledge of marketing or e-commerce platform

• Strong knowledge of Application Lifecycle

• Interest in emerging technologies such as metaverse, IoT, AI, etc.

• Highly motivated, with clear evidence of drive and significant achievements

• A passion for innovative ideas, coupled with the ability to understand and assimilate different points of view

• Strong quantitative analysis skills and the ability to derive recommendations informed by data and insights

• Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines, while maintaining focus in an environment with conflicting demands

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

• Knowledge of security best practices and regulatory compliance in the financial industry.

• Proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks.

• Certification in relevant technologies or project management methodologies.
