World Marketing of America, Inc. Full Time Sales Coordinator Needed! in Mill Creek, Pennsylvania
The primary area of responsibility of this in-office position is to assist the Sales department with their daily functions, which includes customer data administration, general department and national account team support. This position will also be required to provide back up support to the Processing Department. This will include a variety of tasks, including clerical, administrative, phone and special projects support. Key responsibilities include:
Sales Administrative support
National Account maintenance support, which includes processing of orders, RMA requests, customer quotes, Canadian order processing, and new item set-ups
Help prepare company projections and monthly forecasts
Work with administrative assistant to compile necessary details for compliance disputes
Projects as assigned
Customer Data Administration
- Maintain all national account customer websites
- Maintain Lowes, Walmart, TSC, and Home Depot data quality management
Phone support
- Call queue phone support
Processing Department support
- Train as back-up in the following areas: Order Processing, EDI and Billing related activities to these orders, credit memos, RMA processing, new customer and new item set up, costing and pricing updates.
Core Skill Requirements:
- Ability to be very detailed and to work in an organized fashion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone and e-mail
