JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Description: The Medical College of Wisconsin\'s postgraduate fellowship programs provide a structured clinical and professional education to foster growth. The Critical Care Program Advanced Practice Provider (APP) fellowship is an innovative one-year training program that teaches APP fellows to become highly skilled in the multidisciplinary, collaborative, and evidence-based management of complex and challenging patients in critical care. The curriculum is composed of multi-modal learning opportunities that may include the following: in-person didactics, online classrooms, simulation, proctored procedures and/or mentored clinical rotations. Fellows will have rotations in the ICU\'s at FMLH and FMFH and electives providing specialty health care services within defined scope of practice in collaboration with a licensed physician and in accordance with MCW/FMLH policies and procedures. The APP fellow will have a strong foundation in evidence-based practice and ensure an environment of safe, quality care.
