They schedule, track and coordinate product shipments and work with transportation companies to keep shipments on schedule. Guaranteeing that shipments entrusted to them reach the right destination on time and on budget is their main responsibility. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Respond to customer requests & queries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner. Coordinating with other departments to make sure all paperwork is thoroughly managed. Review & Process invoices on in-house software on daily basis. Maintain orders in the system. Provide administrative support including generation of reports, presentations, policies and general. correspondence documents. Prepare and submit weekly reports for internal review as well as per client requests. Performs other assigned duties and special projects as directed. Knowledge/Skill/Ability: Must be able to read, write, and interpret English instructions. Ability to present information and respond to questions from groups of employees, suppliers, and customers. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables. Ability to interpret verbal and written instructions. Able to remain calm in stressful situations. Effective verbal communication skills. Computer skills - Intermediate knowledge and ability to look up and enter data. Able to learn and accept feedback. Able to work cooperatively in a team-based environment and independently. Able to use a variety of hand tools. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Required Experience: Associates or Bachelors in related field. Minimum of 2 years\' experience in experience in related position in a manufacturing, transportation or distribution company.
