FTE: 1.0 Shift: Shift 1 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 7a-330pm, with Wednesday from 630a-3pm Will cover Greenfield 27th Street Clinic, Oak Creek (most hours at Green Field) , and Froedtert - RAYUS Radiology 27th St, Oak Creek. Job Summary: Serves in the lead capacity for the Imaging Department. Responsible for daily operations in the Imaging department/clinic including assigning work responsibilities and ensuring staffing is appropriate. Provides guidance and technical assistance, monitors adherence to guidelines and regulations for record keeping and quality control, and interacts effectively with imaging and medical/clinical staff, patients and other customers. Provides constructive direction and support to Imaging staff and leadership. Exemplifies organizational customer service standards and supports the organizational excellence initiatives. Performs all duties outlined in the Multimodality Technologist- MR/IR job description. Serves in a formal preceptor role to onboard new employees. Demonstrates flexibility and assists with scheduling and staffing including weekend, holidays and call coverage (where applicable). Performs other duties as assigned. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: Minimum of three years of clinical experience in each modality is required. Minimum of five years of experience is preferred. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: Graduate of an ARRT approved program in radiologic technology is required. LICENSURE DESCRIPTION: ARRT (MR) is required. A current State of WI license is required for staff working in DX, CT, or IR. American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support for the healthcare provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is required within 90 days of hire.
