JOB REQUIREMENTS: Work in the Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis function of the organization. Use advanced, broad-based finance, accounting, and business knowledge. Perform complex analyses to support and measure enterprise results and effectively manage financial planning projects and resources to ensure project success. Prepare, analyze, and review quarterly rolling forecasts, annual profit plans for the consolidated corporation. Analyze and review monthly financial performance and prepare periodic financial outlooks. Instinctively recognize inconsistencies in financial data and initiate and manage the appropriate corrective action. Calculate and measure progress towards executive compensation targets. Maintain dialogue with executive management and business financial personnel to identify and evaluate evolving business issues. Work with independence, interact regularly with business and corporate management to consolidate and analyze quarterly forecasts and plans, monthly financial results, and key financial indicators. Perform competitive analyses, re-search industry trends, and develop recommendations for management. Work on special studies and analyses on an independent basis, assuming responsibility for the quality and effectiveness of the studies/analyses. Prepare materials for internal reviews, Board of Directors meetings, quarterly earnings releases, and analyst presentations. Prepare written and graphical financial information to support executive communications to internal stakeholders, the Board of Directors, Institutional Investors, and Rating Agencies. No Telecommuting Allowed. REQUIREMENTS: This position requires a bachelor\'s degree, or foreign equivalent in Financial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related quantitative field plus 5 years of experience as a Lead Financial Analyst, Financial Planning Analyst, or related occupation working in multinational organizations. Additionally, the applicant must have employment experience with: (1) Utilizing OneStream to structure analysis and business cases; (2) Navigating reporting matrices to develop analyses and recommendations; (3) Performing financial and macroeconomic analysis; (4) Supporting operational and finance organizations as business partner; (5) Financial planning expertise to analyze and create projections for budgets and fore-casts; and (6) Preparing graphical analysis and written information to top management.
