This position has a hybrid work schedule that will require 3+ days onsite at our Milwaukee, WI location.

Your Role on Our Team:

As part of the Product Experience Management (PXM) Team, the Product Data Specialist will work cross functionally to ensure that product data is complete within the system and ready to be deployed in full to our distribution partners. This role will support new products as well as the maintenance of current sites and enhanced content across all distribution partners.

You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure complete and accurate product data in PXM platforms.

  • Proactively collect and distribute new product attributes before product launch utilizing excel and external portals.

  • Load product attributes into Excel spreadsheets or enter through external portal sites.

  • Perform tracking & outreach for New Product data quality & completeness.

  • Work closely with sales account owners, product marketing and PXM teams.

  • Maintain accurate product information across all distribution partners.

  • Assist Sales teams in gathering product specifications for ad hoc projects.

  • Communicate with distributor contacts regarding deliverables.

The TOOLS you’ll bring with you:

  • High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree is highly preferred. Equivalent working experience and applicable certifications may be considered as well.

  • 2+ years sales support, data entry, customer service, or administrative experience.

  • Strong attention to detail, and a passion for ensuring accurate and complete product data.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong analytical skills.

  • Proficient in PC skills including MS Office (specifically PowerPoint and Excel)
