Responsibilities Your mission: Oversee construction projects to ensure they are completed according to the contract. This includes observing construction, reviewing and signing documents, and communicating with MSA staff, contractors, and clients. Communicates professionally with clients, contractors and builds ongoing business relationships Perform engineering calculations for the analysis, study, and design of specific project aspects. Utilize electronic tools such as GIS, models, BIM, and CADD for project analysis, study, and design. Assist in creating cost estimates for projects. Instruct technicians on drafting for the projects you design. Conduct field investigations or inspections ranging from visual observations to detailed measurements using specialized equipment.
