JOB REQUIREMENTS: Develop and update return policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Identify areas for improvement in the returns process and work with relevant teams to implement changes. Oversee the end-to-end process of product returns, from initiation through to final resolution. Process returns requests and update systems with relevant information. Collaborate with inventory management and warehouse teams to facilitate the smooth processing of returns. Monitor return metrics and analyze data to identify trends or issues related to return rates and reasons. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive return experience. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field preferred. 1-2 years of experience in supply chain, returns management, or related experience is preferred. Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point.
