The successful candidate must ensure Motorola contractual commitments are met as well as, assist with meeting Motorola\'s financial and business objectives. The full time position will be based in Texas. A key responsibility of the position will be to drive and implement robust Change Management and Risk Management under the contract. You will draft Change Order Proposals, review, negotiate, and finalize Contract Modifications. This role develops negotiation strategies with internal business partners, evaluates risk exposure, and makes recommendations to business partners or legal counsel. The Contract Manager is responsible for limiting commercial risk, margin erosion and ensuring compliance with internal and external contracting policies.
