Your Role on Our Team :

The Sr Transportation Analyst will be responsible for project management and identification within the team and across business units. This individual will, identify, lead and deliver performance driven results for system implementation, define and collaborate in network design. Drive processes change within the department as well as across Supply Chain and Logistics.

You’ll be DISRUPTIVE through these duties and responsibilities:

  • Work cross functionally with Supply Chain, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Channels and Distribution teams to identify, drive and deliver process change  

  • Lead technology roll-outs within the department and work with internal and external business partners for successful implementations  

  • Design, drive and deliver on network analysis and manage project change around value driven proposals

  • Support external business partner needs in data gathering, solutions delivery and represent Transportation- Supply Chain throughout these projects

  • Identify and lead overall lead time analysis in conjunction with supply team to drive value into

  • Create, manage and deliver on business reporting needs internally and externally within the business

  • Lead dashboard enhancements throughout the Transportation function and own changes in the process

  • Develop and apply cadence around transportation financials with partnering within finance to deliver optimal readouts within business and review variance

  • Data-mine, extract and develop service and cost driven project management to deliver unique business improvements for the organization

  • Develop routing compliance reporting for the business and team to manage appropriately

  • Work cross functionally with business partners to enhance Freight Payment data to create streamlined KPI reporting to the business for effective decision processes

  • Support and develop technology enhancements into network to improve efficiency

Performs other duties as assigned.

The TOOLS you’ll bring with you:

  • Ability to extract, analyze data to create projects to deliver results to the business

  • Ability to lead projects with cross-functional teams within and outside Supply Chain to drive technology and enhancements within Transportation

  • Ability to work cross functionally within a team environment

  • Thoughtful leader to drive continuous improvement in operations

  • A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Sequel, Power BI and Microsoft PowerPoint is required.
