What we need: The R&D Test Engineer will support new product development (NPD), architecture, and sustaining projects for the Systems and Materials R&D organizations. They will work with cross-functional teams from engineering, manufacturing, and product owners to develop design validation plans which will ensure product requirements are met for Brady printer and material products We are looking for someone eager to learn our systems and grow in their technical expertise. What you\'ll be doing: Create test plans to validate that NPD and sustaining engineering programs meet product requirements. Develop test strategies to ensure quality, functionality and performance of printers and materials. Work hand-in-hand with R&D, factory, and marketing teams to develop cost-effective test strategies and test plans to mitigate risks. Work together with product teams as needed to resolve issues in an efficient manner to support product launch plans.
