Description

Robert Half Contract Finance & Accounting team is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to assist clients on a contract basis. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist you will support this company to drive key revenue generating activities such as timely, accurate billing & invoicing and new process implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Matching, batching, coding and entering invoices

• Entering, posting and reconciling batches

• Researching and resolving accounts receivable issues with customers or vendors

• Updating and reconciling sub-ledger to the general ledger

• Collections

• Maintaining cash applications, account reconciliations and chargebacks

  Requirements

Requirements:

2-4 years accounts receivable or general accounting experience

Strong 10-key scores

QuickBooks or any equivalent system experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational skills; must be detail oriented

Ability to multi-task

Open to change and willing to learn new skills

Ability to follow up on pending issues

Ability to meet deadlines
