Your Opportunity:The Business Identity and Consumer Products Business unit at Taylor is looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support our primary eCommerce technology platform that acts as a centralized hub for our dealer-facing sales strategy. This role will be responsible for the review, analysis and definition of key requirements to introduce new functionality to the platform to advance its performance and resonance with the consumer base. Your Responsibilities: Coordinate with stakeholders in the business to gather and define business and functional requirements Create detailed specifications which align business and customer needs with eCommerce and manufacturing capabilities Provide context to business stakeholders to instill a shared understanding of the project scope and benefits, requirements and solutions Collaborate with technical leaders to define project tasks, establish project schedules, manage backlog item entry and communicate timelines Act as a conduit for technology gaps, feature needs and user requests that can advance the performance and usability of the technology and incorporate into the backlog review Assess and adapt project scope and requirements to align to business benefit to effectively manage resource to benefit ratio Guide the project team in the definition of overall project goals, solutions to achieve those goals and maintain project timelines and costs Manage, create and execute test cases and test scenarios in combination with the QA team and project team members Validate that project results are being achieved through test cases and that project requirements are met through the course of the project Communication project and timeline statuses, barriers and accomplishments to the business stakeholders and leadership teams Foster an environment of continuous improvement through a commitment to follow through on successful and unsuccessful project deliverables and outcomes You Must Have: 2+ years of experience in the field or in a related area Familiarity with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures Expertise in the design and construction of business requirements, business processes and their ties to technology platforms Ability to understand and organize complex business processes in accessible way Strong oral and written communication skills with an emphasis on communicating technical requirements in an accessible way to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including external contacts Energetic, self-motivated and timeline-oriented team player who drives innovative new ideas in balance with capturing the details to drive the team to success Ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously Fast learner with the ability to execute tactical tasks as well as think strategically Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio We Would Also Prefer: Associate or Bachelor's degree in computer science, project management or related field Previous experience in working with eCommerce platforms and/or printing industry helpful About Our Company One of the largest graphics communications firms in North America, Taylor's family of companies provide a diverse set of products, services and technologies addr ssing the toughest communication challenges.
