Job Summary

The Field Support Shrink Analyst manages all shrink initiatives for micro market business for Canteen Local Teams, including analyzing performance, maintaining data validation practices, and providing reporting to Canteen and Canteen One leadership. This position works closely with Canteen One Client Teams and Local Teams by handling micro market shrink data validation practices, and trend analysis.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Work with Loss Prevention to ensure compliance on shrink submissions.

• Review and summarize shrink data points by client for reporting.

• Conduct compliance reviews on all active customers for client QBR’s, leadership updates and operational reviews.

• Continue to build on existing SOPs to increase scalability, efficiency, and quality of data reporting.

• Utilize current shrink data to provide greater visibility and analysis on SKU level shrink trends.

• Develop key metrics with shrink data to allow for a more scalable and efficient review process.

• Partner with Loss Prevention on alternate shrink deterrence measures.

• Create decks that tell the story with data analysis and present it in meetings.

• Conduct quarterly business reviews to executives

Qualifications:

• High school education with five (5) years of business experience; or an Associate’s degree (preferred) with four years of business experience; or a Bachelor’s degree (strongly preferred) with two years of business experience.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.

• Heavily work in various software systems to extract data for analysis.

• Robust organizational skills to manage multiple projects, new business, and escalated service issues

• Ability to use analytical and intuitive judgment and sound decision making.

• Excellent interpersonal communication.

• Data analysis and reporting skills.

• Strong customer service orientation.

• Excellent verbal communication skills and good written skills, and presentation skills.

• Professional composure in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment.
