Job Summary: Canteen One is seeking a high performing Senior Client Services Director, a sophisticated leadership role within the Client Team, passionate about managing top national accounts and leading a team to support their portfolios for vending, office coffee service, micro-markets, and pantry services. In this role, the Senior Director drives account retention initiatives through analytical, financial and negotiation skills, and works closely with senior management to improve profitability, provide outstanding services, and builds and sustains relationships that result in contract renewals/extensions. This role is based in the Minneapolis office (North Loop) and reports to the Senior Vice President of Client Services. Key Responsibilities: Leads and encourages a team of managers and/or directors, and their teams, to provide outstanding service to our clients Assure profitability and account retention Presents to clients, and coordinates the development of proposals Owns key client decisions with team input, weighing risks and rewards & short- and long-term implications Recommends and present financial information Supports the implementation of programs that meet client needs Builds strong relationships with clients and achievement of important metrics Owns client financial results/P&L and pricing Collaborates with the financial and proforma team to find opportunities Resolves client and customer satisfaction issues Facilitates contract extensions and amendments Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field is required; or equivalent of five years of service business experience with three years in account management & two years post high school education Experience in market analysis, operations, and account management is strongly preferred Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public Experience leading a team Ability to think quickly, analytically, strategically, and accurately Effective relationship-building abilities and a track record of achieving objectives with others Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and strong pres ntation skills Demonstrates initiative, ownership, multi-tasking, prioritization, and organizational skills in a changing environment A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Suite Apply to Canteen One today!
