**The pay scale above is the compensation range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position. Within this range, individual pay is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, specific skills, relevant work experience, relevant education and/or training, and performance related bonuses and incentives.

​Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Open & close Rental Agreements

  • Inspect vehicles as they leave and return

  • Collect information on any auto claims that arise

  • Filing all documents for the Rental Office & Service Department

  • Answer incoming calls and email leads for rentals

  • Assist service department when needed on calls & customer service

  • Miscellaneous small duties to assist other departments at the dealership when needed

  • Other duties as assigned.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a dealership service department preferred

  • 1 or more years of previous customer service experience required

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Positive attitude and high energy

  • High level of customer service and record of customer satisfaction preferred

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • A valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record, per company standards
