Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity in the Internet Service Provider industry at our location in Moncks Corner, South Carolina. As a Site Engineer, you will be playing a crucial role in leading and driving engineering projects, streamlining processes with cross-functional teams, and maintaining the highest standards of cabling installations.

Responsibilities:

• Take on the responsibility of managing engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all tasks meet the set timelines and quality standards.

• Work closely with different teams such as cabling technicians, GIS specialists, and CAD designers to enhance productivity.

• Supervise all cabling installations and maintenance work to ensure that they align with the best practices and project specifications in the industry.

• Utilize tools like Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) to create, update, and maintain accurate project documentation.

• Identify any operational challenges proactively and implement solutions to improve performance.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to entry level team members, creating a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Requirements • Proficiency in Cabling, with a focus on Low Voltage and Copper Cabling

• Experience in Project Management, preferably within Construction Projects

• Familiarity with Electrical Design principles and applications

• Ability to manage Vendor Relationships effectively

• Knowledge of Telecom industry standards and practices

• Proficient in CAD Software for design and planning purposes

• Experience with ESRI ArcMap or similar GIS software

• Comfortable working in the field as part of an Internet Service Provider team

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve site-related issues promptly
