Under the supervision of the Director, serves as the liaison between Monroe County Employment and Training and business, industry and all other agencies working towards business development in the County and in the region. Promotes the agency and its services; assists customers in obtaining their objectives through the development of job orders and appropriate referrals.

[Employment Qualifications:]{.underline}

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or Associates Degree in Business Management or a closely related field.

Experience: 1-2 years of prior professional work experience in a business environment with a Bachelor's Degree. 3-4 years of prior professional work experience in a business environment with an Associate's Degree. Knowledge of the local and regional business climate is essential.

Licenses and Certifications: Must be a Career Development Facilitator (CDF) certified or

willing to obtain upon employment. Must be Business Services Professional (BSP) certified or willing to obtain upon employment. Valid Driver's License.
