Description Robert Half is seeking a Recruiter for a contract-to-permanent opening in Montclair, New Jersey. The successful candidate will be tasked with recruiting for a high-volume of open positions, particularly within property management and real estate.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Applicant Track System (ATS) and other recruitment platforms to source potential candidates. • Oversee high-volume recruitment processes, focusing on roles within property management and real estate. • Conduct thorough background checks on potential candidates to ensure suitability for roles. • Manage all aspects of the recruitment process, from initial sourcing to final placement. • Maintain and update accurate records of all recruitment activities. • Utilize excellent communication skills to liaise with candidates and internal teams. • Stay updated on industry trends and changes to ensure recruitment strategies are current and effective. • Use 'About Time' software for efficient time tracking and management within the recruitment process. • Oversee and manage benefits functions as part of the recruitment and onboarding process. Requirements • Experience with Applicant Tracking System • Ability to conduct Background Checks • Familiarity with Onboarding Processes • Excellent Communication skills • Knowledge of the Real Estate industry • Proven experience in the HR Recruiter role required
