Cornerstone Club is a 4,800 acre private residential community with an 18-hole golf course featuring a 21-acre practice facility. Located where the peaks of the West Elks, Cimarrons, and San Juans create a humbling backdrop. Located between Montrose and Telluride in the southwest of the Centennial State, Cornerstone’s 7,945-yard Greg Norman-designed Mountain course burst onto the scene in 2007, immediately sweeping up a plethora of accolades, including from Golf Magazine : “Easily the best high-altitude course in the nation and quite possibly the world.”

In early 2022, Montage International was retained by the Club to manage day-to-day operations and market the remaining real estate. The Club’s mission is to develop a long-term strategic plan for the development to further enhance amenity offerings for the Clubs members and guests within the causal mountain environment. The clubhouse is open five months a year from Memorial Day to mid-October and offers fine dining in a relaxed setting. Recently, the Club embarked on a Clubhouse expansion including more dining space along with a new bar and outdoor seating around fire-pits. The new dining experience will offer a blend of relaxed refinement and culinary experience expressed through seasonal menus that integrate local ingredients.

A new administration building that will house fitness including pickleball and tennis is near completion. The Club is surrounded by exceptional terrain that offers many multi-season activities that include 20 miles of trails for hiking, biking, and a 15-acre equestrian center for horseback riding. Shooters can take aim at the target range, while anglers can cast into a stocked pond or head to the trout-rich waters of the nearby San Miguel, Dolores, and Gunnison rivers. Cornerstone Club also includes residential real estate opportunities featuring a variety of homesites and fully furnished cabins.

The Cornerstone Club is located 20 miles southwest of Montrose, Colorado. Montrose is a growing community served by the fastest-growing airport in Colorado.
