We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented professional to support the execution and continuous evolution of our organizational strategy. As Manager, Commercial Realization, you will work closely with the Leadership Team and cross-functional project teams to implement both annual priorities and long-term strategic objectives. You will provide valuable insights to inform strategic decision-making and help drive initiatives that accelerate business performance and growth.

Reporting to the General Manager, Canada, this role is ideal for an experienced project manager with a strong background in strategic planning, organizational development, and managing complex projects. The successful candidate will collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals, driving measurable outcomes and supporting the successful execution of strategic initiatives.

This position is focused on managing multiple, high-impact initiatives, ensuring they remain aligned with evolving priorities, and contributing to the long-term success and growth of the organization.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Strategy Execution: Collaborate with the Leadership Team to translate strategic goals into actionable initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and helping overcome obstacles to keep projects on track.

  • Cross-Functional Projects: Manage the execution of strategic, cross-functional projects, ensuring deliverables are aligned with long-term goals and completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

  • Team Alignment & Results: Foster a collaborative, results-oriented culture by ensuring teams stay aligned, meet deadlines, and achieve key milestones.

  • Strategic Insights: Offer insights and recommendations to inform Leadership Team decision-making, ensuring the necessary information is available to support strategic choices.

  • Improvement Initiatives: Support the Leadership Team in the process of identifying, selecting, planning, and executing high-impact initiatives that streamline business operations, reduce costs, and eliminate inefficiencies.

  • Alignment & Adaptation: Regularly assess and adjust project plans, goals, and resources to ensure ongoing alignment with evolving organizational priorities, and proactively address any emerging challenges or shifts.

  • Administrative Support & Meeting Coordination: Manage scheduling, preparation of materials, meeting agendas, and follow-up action items to ensure meetings are productive, focused on strategic priorities, and decisions are effectively executed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a strategic or project management role within a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization. Previous experience in supporting leadership teams is preferred.

Skills:

  • Expertise in project management methodologies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and work effectively with diverse teams

  • Ability to synthesize complex information and provide actionable insights

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.

  • MBA or similar advanced degree considered an asset
