Lowe's Manager, Paid Social - In Office in Mooresville, North Carolina

Your Impact

The primary purpose of this role is to lead a team by interpreting the marketing strategy across customer segments, merchandising categories, initiatives, or vendor brands to build supporting go-to-market plans across Paid Social. Works closely with media agency partners to allocate media support and develop plans based on strategies. Through this work, the Manager, Paid Social will play a key role in the development of the Paid Social Media GTM Strategy and tactical details to support the enterprise strategy and business needs to help deliver total company metrics, drive traffic, and optimize ROI. The Manager will possess analytical skills, problem solving agilities, and will demonstrate how to utilize, interpret and action off data on a regular basis.

The Manager is a Paid Social subject matter expert; inclusive of all Paid Social platforms (Meta, Pinterest, Reddit, and X). This individual will also possess strong leadership skills, working cross-functionally across the organization to deliver results, as well as direct responsibility of team members. This role drives sales and profitability by developing and implementing marketing plans that drive in-store and online traffic and requires a deep understanding of the business, the competitive landscape, marketing channels, and media planning to ultimately deliver on total company KPIs. The manager will lead team members in SSC-M and SSC-B.

What you will do

  • Manages a team responsible for platform and channel specific activation and budget pacing to deliver on the customer and brand strategies laid out by media planning.

  • Develops the overarching Lowe's annual media activation plans to support the enterprise strategy and business needs to help deliver total company metrics, drive traffic, and optimize ROI.

  • Cultivates existing relationships with platform vendors to identify opportunities to drive innovation and modernization as well as operational excellence and performance.

  • Establishes a test and learn mentality with their team and platforms to create a pipeline of innovation.

  • Develops and implements marketing plans that drive in-store and online traffic and requires a deep understanding of the business, the competitive landscape, marketing channels, and media planning to ultimately deliver on total company KPIs.

  • Develops Paid Social Media Plans to assist team in channel and platform level campaign creation across customer segments, merch categories, initiatives, or vendor brands to build activation across relevant channels.

  • Aligns initiative strategies with the right collection of marketing channels/tactics to drive the desired KPIs including platform level campaign management.

  • Monitors media spend and pressure and performance across Paid Social. Leads team that optimizes media investment across the channel accordingly to drive efficiency and deliver on annual traffic target.

  • Demonstrates the ability to pivot quickly in response to changing business needs. This includes delivering on both proactive and reactive opportunities with plan adjustments/optimizations.

  • Manages strategic bodies of work and leads highly visible strategic conversations across the organization and with executive leadership teams.

  • Manages a multi-million-dollar operating budget and ensures that Marketing funds are allocated in the most cost-effective and impactful manner.

  • Responsible for maintaining accurate invoicing and monthly input of budget allocation to ensure forecast accuracy.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree Business, Marketing, Communications or Related Field

  • 5+ years of Marketing Experience

  • 3-5 Years of Retail Experience

  • 3-5 Years of Direct Budget Management Experience

  • 2+ years of Media Experience

  • 2 years of Leading a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree Business, Marketing, Communications or Related Field and 1-2 Years 2 years Retail Experience

  • 2 Years of Agency Experience
