Role & Responsibilities
Drive Lean execution on the production floor.
Identify and reduce waste through project and process execution.
Schedule production in accordance with operational needs.
Build and develop a high-performance team.
Subject matter expert in bakery and manufacturing processes
Track and monitor KPIs
Coordinate closely with General Manager facility vision and execution.
Manage the total operational value chain.
Metrics Measured

Near Miss, lost time, and recordables

Complaints, SQF, Customer audits,

Waste, OT%, Efficiency, and material cost

Core Competencies:
Proven leadership ability in fast-paced production environments
Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma
Understanding of the total process
Translates strategy into action
Effective communication with all employment levels
Ability to facilitate effective meetings
Able to see the big picture and align to strategy.
High computational acumen
Skilled with data analysis tools.
Preferred Education & Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain and operations management, or related field.
At least five (5) years’ experience in food manufacturing management
Lean Six Sigma Certification
