Job Title: Production Worker

Job Description

Join our team as a Cell Operator, where you will be responsible for managing the production cycle of rubber products used in the automotive industry. Stationed at your designated 'Cell', you will handle tasks ranging from preparing molding tools with metal rings, operating machinery to mold rubber products, to conducting quality checks and documentation. This role requires managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, ensuring quality production of automotive components such as spark plug caps and steering column seals.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 520 Hour(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Morristown, Indiana.

Work Environment

This position offers shift openings on a standard 5-day schedule, with available shifts including 2nd shift (2pm-10pm/3pm-11pm, Monday to Friday) and 3rd shift (10pm-6am/11pm-7am, Sunday to Thursday). Operators are required to work additional hours, with flexibility to sign up for shifts in 4-hour increments. Double time is paid on Sundays, provided 40 hours have been worked in the week. The work environment includes a non-smoking policy during shifts, and all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided.
