[Receive report from out-going nurse at the beginning of the shift and give report to in-coming nurse at the end of the shift. ]{times="" new="" roman""=""}

[Supervise and oversee the STNA's work. ]{times="" new="" roman""=""}

[Informed and knowledgeable of each resident's care needs and ensure that care plans are carried out appropriately. ]{times="" new="" roman""=""}

[Make routine checks of residents and maintain awareness of their conditions and needs. ]{times="" new="" roman""=""}
