Job Overview

We are seeking a hands-on fabricator with expertise in carpentry and trailer construction. This role involves building and customizing food trailers, including framing, installing walls, floors, and cabinets, and assisting with metal fabrication when needed. The ideal candidate is experienced in working with wood and metal, understands trailer construction, and takes pride in craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and install wooden and composite structures inside trailers (walls, cabinets, countertops, flooring, etc.).
• Perform trailer modifications, including framing, cutting, and welding (if experienced).
• Work with materials such as plywood, aluminum, steel, and laminate to ensure durability and aesthetics.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble materials.
• Install interior fixtures, shelving, and workstations according to customer specifications.
• Ensure structural integrity and compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with welders, electricians, and plumbers to complete trailer builds.
• Follow blueprints and project guidelines to meet customer expectations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications & Skills

? Carpentry Experience: Skilled in cutting, measuring, and assembling wood and composite materials. ? Trailer or RV Fabrication Experience (Preferred): Familiarity with trailer builds or custom vehicle interiors. ? Basic Metalwork & Welding (a plus): Ability to assist with metal framing and trailer structures. ? Use of Power Tools: Proficient in saws, drills, sanders, and other fabrication tools. ? Blueprint Reading: Ability to follow designs and modify builds as needed. ? Attention to Detail: Ensures precision and quality in every project. ? Team Player: Works well with other fabricators, welders, and installers. ? Physical Stamina: Able to lift heavy materials, work in a shop setting, and meet deadlines.
