This newly created position is important for Curtis' ongoing profitable growth. Particular focus will be required for business partnering to ensure holistic transparency on business results, variances, and forecasts, and provide insights to accelerate our growth.This Sr. Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis will take point in developing, building and streamlining reporting, analysis to further data-driven decision-making, and mentoring a team. This position will manage Managers and Sr. Analysts. This position must maintain the highest level of integrity and candor at all levels of the business to gain buy-in from our sites worldwide. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the month-end process from preparing monthly financial management reports, presentations and operating KPIs to leading discussion reviews. Effectively communicate financial performance utilizing tools and templates for product line and market segmentation. Manage financial consolidation for budget/forecast, month-end and ad hoc analysis. Refine key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting tools to provide actionable insights, reports, and dashboards to enable leaders to understand their business including key drivers, and paths to accelerate. Enhance and develop models to evaluate business opportunities, including but not limited to pricing, NPD, market entry/landscape, M&A, R&D to drive data-driven decision-making. Partner with sales to deeper dive into trends and analysis (customer, end market, product, etc.). Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering an inclusive and growth-oriented culture. Share development across businesses to improve analysis. Collaborate with accounting team to ensure accuracy of data and financial drivers, and tax team for quarterly reporting. Lead and assist with streamlining processes and improving efficiencies including support implementing new systems and applications to strengthen and enhance reporting, analysis, and strategic decision-making. Coordinate the cadence of the monthly forecasting process and the strategic, financial, and capital plans. Collaborate with cross-functions to maximize results and achieve win-win. Support the creation of executive communications and presentations. Requirements 7 - 10 years of relevant experience in finance, management consulting, investment banking, or private equity (including FP&A and project management experience). Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or business, MBA or Master's degree preferred. In-depth knowledge of financial statements and analysis; turn insights into tangible results. Proven ability to analyze complex challenges and identify/implement solutions. Strong analytical, strategic, modeling, communication and decision-making skills. Experience leading a team, and partnering cross-functionally including building relationships, trust, and getting things done. Accountability is important success factor. Ability to communicate to all organizational levels in a financial and managerial capacity. A highly proactive and adaptable professional with a curious mindset. Keen attention to detail with utmost ethical and business integrity. Knowledge of OneStream and PowerBI is preferred. Work Mode: Hybrid 2-3 days in officeWork Location: 200 Kisco Ave Mount Kisco, NY 10549The salary range for this position $150k-$165k.The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location.
